Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Jewelry
Securely place your items in the original box or a padded mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely and without damage.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
